  General Admin support duties including filing, photocopying and archiving of Customer data in compliance with data protection.

·         Preparation of customer initial contact letters / 9 month contact letters / 12 contact month letters

·         Processing of SAP Customer Contacts

·         Dealing with Customer Calls to depot Construction Department

·         Works scheduling on JMS Scheduler

·         Updating GNIS Utility Map pdfs prior to work issue

·         Collating information, uploading job details and works ordering on ICMS

·         Prepare job packs for industrial staff / contractors

·         JMS / JMS Scheduler job closure process and necessary systems updating

·         Timesheet processing for Industrial Staff
