The Customer Service Advisor will report to the Customer Contact Team Leader. The key purpose of this role is to deal efficiently and accurately with a wide range of customer enquiries, primarily via call handling but also though other offline channels such as email and webchat. Customer Service Advisors are key in the delivery of our mission statement which is to deliver a great customer experience one conversation at a time.

Good decision making and problem solving skills

Excellent conflict resolution skills including influencing and persuading

Strong IT skills (with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office) with an aptitude for learning new systems

Resilience and ability to work in a pressurised environment

Desirable

  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Previous experience of working in a call centre
  • Knowledge of the NI and/or ROI electricity and gas markets
